Booking terms & cancellation policy

Submitting a booking on this website is a request. A booking is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) with your booking reference.

Prices shown are indicative and are confirmed in writing before payment. Prices are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).

A 30% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due 7 days before arrival (or on the day for excursions and transfers).

Accepted methods: MCB Juice, bank transfer / internet banking, debit or credit card (secure payment link) and PayPal. Bank or PayPal fees are payable by the sender.

Excursions & transfers: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time; 50% charged within 48 hours; no refund for no-shows.

Accommodation: free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in; within 14 days the deposit is non-refundable; no-shows are charged the full stay.

Car rental: free cancellation up to 72 hours before pick-up.

Boat trips may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons (weather, sea conditions or authority instructions). You will be offered another date or a full refund.

If a partner cannot provide a confirmed service, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund of amounts paid for that service.

Services are operated by our partners: A.V.P.M Travel Com Ltd (transport & car rental), Island Vibration (boat tours), Odysseo (inland activities) and Horisun (accommodation). Their own safety rules and conditions apply during the service.

Please be ready at the agreed pick-up time, follow the instructions of skippers, drivers and guides, and inform us of any medical conditions or accessibility needs when booking.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

We use the details you provide (name, age, contact details and preferences) only to arrange and manage your booking, and share them with the partner delivering the service. Contact mauritius@azeestravels.com to access or delete your data.
